The 14-foot-tall Griffin sculpture stands proud in the lobby of the downtown Houston JW Marriott. His wings extend through the glass to fly above the sidewalk to engage street traffic and welcome them inside the historic hotel. Brad Oldham enjoyed reimagining the icon in the international company logo in this scale and in this location.
